Angel Nyack Pollinator Garden
In spring 2026, the Nyack Pollinator Pathway partnered with Angel Nyack to transform the entire Church Street side of their property from a long stretch of turf grass into a vibrant native pollinator garden. Working together, volunteers converted an underutilized landscape into a thriving habitat filled with native flowers, grasses, and shrubs designed to support pollinators and other wildlife throughout the growing season.
The project reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the community through collaboration, stewardship, and investment in public-facing spaces. As fellow nonprofit organizations dedicated to making a positive impact locally, the partnership was a natural fit.
Today, the garden provides beauty, biodiversity, and habitat along a prominent streetscape while demonstrating how even a simple strip of lawn can be transformed into a valuable ecological and community asset.
